钾素调控植物光合作用的生理机制

摘 要:

钾是植物生长发育所必需的矿质元素, 在调节植物光合作用上具有重要作用。本文以影响植株光合能力变化的两个关键因子(光合面积和净光合速率)为核心, 阐述钾对植物光合面积形成的生理基础, 并重点分析了钾在调节叶片净光合速率限制因子(气孔导度、叶肉导度和生理生化限制)上的作用机制, 同时探讨了限制因子与叶片钾含量的关系, 并对有待深入研究的问题和方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

Potassium (K), one of the mineral elements essential for plant growth and development, is important for plant photosynthesis regulation. Here, we focus on the two pivotal factors, i.e., leaf area and net photosynthetic rate, that play vital roles in regulating whole plant photosynthesis. In this article, we firstly reviewed the physiological basis in K regulation of leaf area components and photosynthetic limitations (stomatal conductance, mesophyll conductance and biochemical limitations). Then, the relationship between photosynthetic limitations and leaf K concentration was analyzed. Knowledge gaps are also identified.
